Communicate Your Anger!

  1. Seen something similar to this when I did a creative workshop with a group of ladies in Prestwich many years ago. Empowering yourself and your beliefs has a might of its own, coupled with someone just as strong is not so easy, especially if it’s someone very close but in opposite directions. Living with a dual ‘might’ causes a powerful negative energy which drains and confuses thought processes. Rollercoaster rides of emotions have created chronic dis-ease, words the rail to hold the carriage, hands in the air for the shear thrill. My advice, Pepsi Max and scream your head off – it releases all that pent up anger. However, I can’t do that now but I can paint and teach others to find their beating hearts of wonder.
